TOPS Club INC
TOPS Club Inc.® (Take Off Pounds SensiblySM) is a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization tjhat offers an individual approach to weight loss and overall wellness. Members learn about nutrition, portion control, meal planning, exercise and more at weekly meetings.
Weekly meetings of TOPS OH 1922 Amherst take place at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday at Good Shepard Baptist Church, located at 1100 Cleveland Avenue Amherst, Ohio 44001. Visitors to a TOPS chapter are welcome to attend their first meeting free of charge. Membership is affordable at just $49 per year, plus nominal chapter fees.

Vacation Bible School
VBS is a fun and exciting "camp" that takes place each summer. We have music, games, food, crafts, and study times. We have water games day and conclude the week with a carnival-style evening. VBS is for kids up to 5th grade and is something everyone looks forward to all year!
